How do I start the landscaping process?
It’s very simple, contact us! We will arrange a time to meet you to discuss your requirements and budget, view your garden space and then provide you with a detailed quote via email for you to review. We will always offer no obligation quotes to potential clients so they don’t feel any pressure if they wish to shop around before proceeding with us.
What payment options are available?
As a general rule we would require 50% of the cost up front with the remaining 50% due on completion of the work. For larger projects we would discuss the payment options with you prior to any work being undertaken.
Do you offer any services for regular garden maintenance?
Absolutely! We offer bespoke service contracts at a discounted rate. We can discuss the frequency and job requirements and tailor your contract to exactly what you need!
How much does garden landscaping cost?
Costs depend on the scope of the project. After our consultation, we provide a detailed estimate tailored to your budget and needs. We’ll always try our best to provide reasonable and competitive prices for our services.
Do you have a loyalty scheme?
Yes we do! If you have regular gardening or property maintenance work with us we can offer further discounts to you for future work. We also offer discounts if you refer us to a friend or relative and they decide to choose us for their own landscaping, garden and/or property maintenance needs!
I have previously had issues with tradesmen not completing work and/or providing work that wasn’t up to standard. What kind of protection can you offer so that this doesn’t happen again?
Once a customer has agreed to go ahead with any work we will provide 2 copies of a detailed Service agreement outlining exact work being undertaken and what both parties agree to do during that contract. If both parties agree to the terms these will then be signed with each party keeping a copy.
